An AI audit is a short, structured review of how a business actually runs, done to find which specific processes AI or automation can improve, and what each would save, before anything is built. rev.B's version takes about two weeks, costs €3,000–5,000 fixed for a small business, and ends with a prioritised, costed roadmap.
Most business owners know AI could help but not where. An AI audit answers that first, before any money goes on tools. We interview the people who run and do the work, map the time-sinks and quality risks, size each one in hours and euros, and rank them by impact against effort. What you get is a plan you can act on with us, with someone else, or not at all.
It is not a generic AI strategy deck, a software demo, or a sales call in disguise.
Smaller teams with process documents ready can finish in closer to one week. Larger organisations take longer because there are more people to interview.
WEEK 1 · DISCOVERY
Stakeholder and employee interviews, your existing process documents, and a first list of where the hours go.
WEEK 2 · ROADMAP
A validation call to agree priorities with you, then the roadmap, the presentation and the ROI summary.
For a small organisation of roughly 10–20 people, the AI audit is a fixed fee of €3,000–5,000, agreed before work starts. Larger or more complex organisations cost more, because there are more people to interview and more processes to map. Building anything is a separate, scoped decision and is never bundled into the audit fee. If you have 10 or more full-time staff, part of the fee may be covered by the Enterprise Ireland Digital Discovery Grant (80%, up to a €5,000 grant), subject to approval.
Mostly time, not data: a 30 to 45 minute interview with each person involved (leadership and the people doing the work), recorded with their permission, plus whatever process documentation already exists. Nothing sensitive is required for the audit itself. Data handling for any build is scoped and agreed separately.
A five-slide presentation covering scope, the opportunity matrix, the roadmap, one opportunity in depth, and an ROI summary, along with the underlying opportunity map. The roadmap is costed and phased: quick wins in the first 30 to 90 days, larger systems after.
Yes. It's a free 30-minute conversation, not a sales pitch. It explains how the audit and build process works, answers your questions, and checks whether there's a fit before anything is agreed. Slots run around your schedule, including early morning and evening.
That is a valid outcome. The audit ranks opportunities by impact and effort, and some processes aren't worth automating yet. You would still have the documented findings, and building anything is a separate decision. You can stop after any stage.
You do. Anything built for your business is yours outright, with no ongoing licence fee to keep using it.
No. The audit puts a number on each opportunity using your own figures and shows the assumptions behind it, but results depend on how a change is adopted. Any example figures on this site are labelled as illustrative.

A free 30-minute call is enough to size an audit properly. No pitch deck, nothing to prepare.
